I just wanted to tweak my route a little, but it turned into way more work than it should’ve been. Moving stops around felt awkward, and the site kept trying to send me down routes I already knew I didn’t want. I hate having to explain the same thing over and over to a tool that’s supposed to make trip planning easier. After fighting with it for a while, I got annoyed and just gave up

It worked fine overall, but I found changing my plans more frustrating than I expected. Moving stops around or tweaking the route wasn’t as simple as it should be, especially when you’re already mid-trip. I can see other customers running into the same issue if their plans aren’t totally set in stone. It just needs to be a bit more flexible.

I’ve been using this mostly for planning routes, and that part has been easy enough to figure out and useful. The layout makes sense, and it helped me get a decent idea of where to stop along the way. I did run into a little issue after poking around more, though, a few campground details I checked didn’t seem to be fully up to date. Not a dealbreaker, but worth double-checking before relying on it.

I got this mainly for RV-safe routing, but it didn’t give me much confidence. It kept putting me on roads that just didn’t feel right for my rig, including one route where the low bridge warning came way too late and another that sent me down tiny back roads. What made it even more confusing was that the email made it sound like the RV routing would work one way, but the app seemed to do something different. Maybe it’s fine if you’re driving a regular car, but for an RV, I don’t feel like I can trust it.

I reached out to support and never heard anything back. I’m still waiting, which is frustrating. Whoever runs this really needs to get it together.

I used this to plan reservations for our RV trip, and it did help overall. The weird part is that support did get back to me, but it took a while, and I still ended up double-checking all the dates myself just to be safe. Not bad, just not as smooth as I hoped.

It was a good start overall, the setup guides were actually helpful, but it did take me a little clicking around at first because I wasn’t totally sure where everything was, once I got the hang of it though it made more sense

I got RV Trip Wizard mainly because I wanted the campground info all in one place, but from what I’ve run into so far, it’s been hit or miss. Some of the parks I checked had prices that seemed outdated, phone numbers that didn’t work, and a few amenities listed that I’m sure weren’t actually available anymore.
Maybe it depends on the area or the campgrounds you’re looking at, I don’t know, but it ended up making planning more annoying for me. I still had to search around on Google or call places directly to make sure anything was right. For something I’m paying for, I expected the listings to be a lot more current, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

i was hoping the fuel planner would make the trip easier, but the stops it suggested didn’t really match what my rig needed. it wasn’t totally useless, just not as reliable as i expected.

Maybe the patient tutorial crowd will be fine with it after some practice, but for me, it definitely wasn’t simple.

I’m not sure if it’s something on my end or what, but my trips don’t seem to update properly between my phone and laptop. I’ll make a change on one and then check the other later, and it’s just not there or looks different. Frustrating.

I paid for this hoping it would help us stick to safer RV-friendly roads, and I really wanted it to work. But it sent us the wrong way twice, once toward a low bridge and another time down a really narrow road. I guess it’s okay for getting a general idea of a route, but I wouldn’t fully rely on it for planning RV trips now.

I mostly use RV Trip Wizard to check out campgrounds before we go somewhere , and the reviews are helpful sometimes . Some spots have solid , recent info from people who stayed there , but other reviews are either really old or so short they do not tell you much . Overall it is still useful , I just wish more people would leave detailed updates after their stays .

I was a bit disappointed with how many points of interest were missing. There were several places we wanted to visit that just didn’t show up. To make it more confusing, the email made it sound like more spots would be included, but once we actually used it, that wasn’t really the case

I know it’s not perfect, but this budget planner helped me a lot. It was easy to use and gave me a much clearer idea of where my money was going. Yeah, it missed a few costs here and there, but I wouldn’t say that ruined the experience or anything. For the price, I think it’s a useful tool.

In the end, it made me realize that a planning tool is only worth paying for if it genuinely takes stress off your plate, and this one just didn’t do that for me.
